SmartIce is experiencing networking issues related to one of the SmartIce cellular provider servers. The server vendor is aware of the issue, and is currently working on a resolution. You may experience intermittent behavior until the issue is resolved.

The email sending service that SmartIce uses for sending event notification emails has been made aware of issues with SmartIce sending emails to @txt.att.net addresses. This is an address some may be using for getting notifications sent as txt message to phones. They have looked into the issue and report that the issue appears to be on AT&T's end. You may experience delayed or failed notification email delivery to those addresses until the issue can be resolved. We will update you as information is available and once the issue is resolved.
