SmartIce Announcements

SmartIce is experiencing networking issues related to one of the SmartIce cellular provider VPN servers. The server vendor is aware of the issue, and is currently working on a resolution. You may experience intermittent behavior until the issue is resolved.

SmartIce is undergoing database maintenance TODAY from 5:15 AM ET until approximately 7:00 AM ET. During this time, the processing of new events is temporarily paused, and you may not see immediate results in SmartIce of commands sent to your machines. No data will be lost, just delayed, until database maintenance is completed.

UPDATE: Event processing should be back to normal (8/27 12:15pm ET)

We are aware of delays in event processing and vend sales data from late-morning on 8/26 until this morning 8/27. We are working on the issue and should have normal behavior restored by or before 12pm ET today 8/27.

We have made a small modification to the Maintenance page to better support operations ability to quickly view the MDB Pro and Advanced Controller areas. You will now see these directly under the Remote Management commands.

Please reboot your device in your machine. 3G is going away in 2022 and we will be making a global announcement about that change in the next 2 weeks.
