SmartIce Service Announcement 08/02/2015
08/02/2015 2:36AM ET - The SmartIce server provider experienced technical issues with one of the SmartIce servers late Saturday evening (8/01) into early Sunday morning (8/02). The issue should be resolved now. You may experience some gaps in data starting late Saturday evening until systems are synchronized. If you experience event reporting issues after noon on Sunday (no events being reported), try powering the machine's PLC off and back on to restore event reporting.
